Why I Started
Coaching
While at University I founded a men's faith household after other men were inspired by my way of life and asked me to lead them. Since then I have continued coaching and leading others in their life's journeys. Realizing this to be a calling at my wife's prompting, I decided to start coaching others full time.

My Story
Growing up the word steadfast was a source of shame and accusation. I thought that being steadfast meant being able to work without needing breaks and being able to do what was necessary day in and day out, even when it was boring or not meaningful. This was in direct opposition to my personality and neuro type, being diagnosed with ADHD at 17. This contrast led me to believe that I was broken and incapable of providing for a family or achieving success as an adult. In my healing journey with Jesus Christ, I have come to know my identity in Him and that my worth and dignity do not depend on what I can do but rather on who I am, a beloved son of God. This transformation has begun a slow journey that still has its ups and downs but has always been a source of confidence and refuge. As a result of knowing my identity I have never been more successful and continue to grow in my mission to impact others to know who they are and what they are capable of.
